That’s why we started this Community Calendar. We guarantee that none of the events featured here have paid a cent to be advertised.
This calendar is a personally curated list of events in and around Orlando that focus on community building, local art and culture, and just generally highlighting all the things that make Orlando a great community to be part of.

Sadly, a lovely spot in Orlando is closing ( for now! ). Easy Luck is one the great coffeeshops in Orlando.
From inventive flavors to expertly sourced whole-bean coffees and craft drinks, Easy Luck has been serving their own flavor of cozy-modern-pastel-colored deliciousness from 2425 E South St, Orlando, FL 32803 . Their time there is coming to an end, but not before they have one last hurrah!
From 10 AM to 2 PM, Easy Luck will be celebrating their first home with exclusive merch, a cookout, and a DJ. What better way to say “see you later” to an awesome little spot like this?
I have actually yet to go to a Roller Derby match, but I think I’ll make this my first. 2 matches with some very FL-named teams at a local park I have never been to sounds like the perfect time to start supporting some local sport.
- 10:45 AM – Orlando Sun Blockers vs Classic City Roller Derby
- 12:55 PM – Manatee Mayhem vs Heatwave Hellcats
- Afterparty at Great Southern Boxing Company at 3PM
Genuinely sounds like a great day out and a chance to fully engage with some local sports and culture.
